Overestimating my PPD, or did I do something wrong? Empty Overestimating my PPD, or did I do something wrong?

I have a Phenom II X6 1055T currently running at stock speed (2.8ghz)

I installed the FAH GPU Tracker V2 and set it up (including my passkey) and it's been cranking away for a day or two.

At first, the PPD value in the main window for the SMP client said over 9,000. It's been slowly falling since, now saying 6,463. I timed how long it took to finish work units and so far it's been doing 481 point units in about 8 hours. Unless I'm mistaken, that comes in at around 1,400 PPD.

Projects completed so far are 6024, 6061, and 6072. It's currently working on 6702 and I've estimated that to take a total of about 19-20 hours.

Are these times par for the course with the X6? If so, why is it estimating such a higher PPD than I calculated from the work units completed so far? And if not..what'd I do wrong? Suspect

Thanks in advance What a Face

Your not taking into consideration the early return bonus for SMP2. To confirm the ppd/total points awarded use the following link. Just plug in your work unit and the TPF(Time Per Frame)to find out your true ppd.

I don't seem to be getting a return bonus... going by what Stanford's stats are saying, I'm just getting the base point value. Are the bonus points awarded invisibly or are they supposed to show up in the points awarded for each submitted work unit?

I grabbed HFM.NET to double check (and also so I could figure time per frame without whipping out a calculator - 3:35) and it also claims about the same PPD as FAH Tracker. The bonus calculator you provided claims even higher, around 13k

You need to have a passkey and complete 10 WUs using it before you will receive bonus points. The Tracker has no way to know if you have completed this requirement, so it assumes that all WUs returned within the deadline will receive bonus points.

Note that only WUs that award bonus points count toward the 10 WUs requirement.
