Way to set how much of your cpu it uses

In the folding @home app.you can set how much you want it to use.I get a little nervous with my cpu running around 67 c to 70 c.If it warms up outside my comp. room warms up = cpu running a little hotter.Even if there was a way to set cpu like this 1/2 3/4 full would be really nice.
