I don't know if i am the only one with this happening but when i start up the FAH tracker with 2gpu's on the 590 running i am getting a big fluctuation on the power as observed on the APC power backups. I had noticed this before but was not sure what was causing it when i have FAH tracker off everything works fine when its on the power keeps jumping from 10-20 Watts. This also causes my games to studder. Again i turned off The FAH tracker and the studdering goes away.

Are you also using cpu/smp?
Some games will stutter while folding and others will not. I like to let it fold during the games that do not stutter because you can still get some very good ppd while playing. For instance my GTX580 gets 10k ppd while playing portal 2.
To remedy stutter open the tracker program and go to configure. Go the the tracker settings tab and enable game pause. Select GPU0, GPU1, and any cpu/smp you might have running. You can play with these settings if you find you only need to disable one gpu to get smooth game play while leaving the cpu/smp alone.
I suggest adding the games that give you trouble to the list of games. Add the .exe of the game to your games.txt list.
You can find the games.txt file in the Config folder in the FAH GPU Tracker V2 folder. To find the name of the .exe start the game then minimize the game> open the task manager > in the application tab right click the game and select go to process>you will be automatically taken to the process tab and highlighted will be the name of the game .exe. Add the name as shown ie. "left4dead2.exe"
I personally delete all the entries in the games.txt list and only add the ones that stutter.
