I auto-upgraded to version 3.43 recently and have found the Gaming Pause to not work in this version. The game I was playing was Team Fortress 2 (hl2.exe).
When 'Test games list' is selected from the menu, a box pops up saying that the game hl2.exe was detected. Immediately when 'OK' is pressed, a second box pops up saying no game was detected. No clients are stopped at any point.
I tried creating and populating games-add.txt and games-remove.txt but this did not have any effect. I restarted the Tracker after creating and populating the files.
The log is pretty uneventful but I will post it anyhow. I manually started the two GPU clients after the CPU:

Should it matter, the system is a Windows 7 x64 box with two GTX 470s and a Phenom 1090T. It is an AMD chipset system so the two cards do not SLI - the second one exists for folding.
