Heat Control Issue

Appreciate the work, this made folding far, far easier.

I am having an issue with the Heat Control feature on one of my video cards. I have a GTX 570 and GTX 260. It works perfectly on my 260 but for some reason, even after getting new WU's, the feature doesn't work (edit: on my 570).

What information could I provide to help narrow the problem down? I am using the "Default GPU usage percent" set to 80%, no other control rules. I've verified I am using the correct GPU.

Please read the documentation before asking questions. This is a known problem with FahCore 15. Currently Heat Control is not possible on GPU3 WUs because the core doesn't support the FAH_GPU_IDLE environment variable.
