Every time I try to download the new 3.37 version I keep getting 403 Forbidden error. Anyone else having this issue? I can't download the software because of this. I have registered and logged into the system and still keep getting this error? Should I try an older version? By the way I am using Chrome to try to access. I am getting the error that I don't have permissions to download.php.

My webhost was having some problems earlier today. The download seems to be working now though.
