Program refuses to run ???

Great program.
I just have one tiny, little, problem.
It will not run.

I have tried EVERY version that I could get my hands on.
Every time, it is the same result . . . . .

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

What is going on

win xp sp3
dual gt240
evga nforce 750i sli
2GB DDR2

Do you have .NET framework 3.5 installed? This is the most likely reason for your problem. XP does not include this by default like Vista/Win7 do. You can download this through Windows Update or manually off Microsoft's site.
