-oneunit problem with Vista 32

I can't seem to get rid of the -oneunit in GPU1.
I am only running that GPU client under the tracker (ie. no gpu0). I tried to edit the config file but it said false for all. Problem is that every time I open Tracker (latest ver) it persists as loading -oneunit?

Any ideas would be helpful:)
